The Scallywag pays homage to the long line of Douglas-Laing-family Fox Terriers. This cask strength blended malt whisky contains spirit distilled at the finest Speyside distilleries and matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks for at least 12 years.

Limited edition of 6,000 bottles.

 

Official Tasting Notes

 

Nose – Richly imbued, dark macerated fruits and molasses – all jam-packed with spices.

 

Palate – Opulent and sweet as anticipated, with a treacle and maple syrup style, amongst its vanilla pods and the Malted barley… all of which attractively combine into a long and distinctively moreish finish, with gentle tail-ending spices.
