About Four Pillars
Four Pillars Gin make gin in a modern Australian way. Their purpose is to elevate the craft of distilling in Australia, and showcase Aussie gin to the world.
They are also endlessly excited about the possibilities of a perfectly made cocktail, so they also do all they can to support and promote the noble craft of the bartender.
For Four Pillars, Aussie gin is awesome because it’s the best of the New World with a hat tip to the old. They believe that Australian gin is like their food; it’s not deliberately wacky or obtuse - it just combines the best ingredients, know-how and traditions to make something uniquely Australian.

Four Pillars Rare Dry GinIt’s spicy but with great citrus, a truly modern Australian gin which captures the essence of contemporary Australia’s heritage in Europe and Asia. Using whole oranges, which is unusual, means that the citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like cardamom. (41.8% ABV) |
Four Pillars Navy Strength GinUsing fresh native Australian finger limes from northern NSW, to their botanical basket along with their oranges this Navy Strength highlights the Asian spices used like coriander and star anise, and is complemented by the addition of fresh ginger. Finally, fresh turmeric adds a fresh but earthy quality. The resulting gin has lifted aromatics of lime curd, pine needles, and fragrant spices with a vanilla character which pulls the spices together. (58.8% ABV) |
Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz GinBloody Shiraz Gin is one of three seasonal gins made by Four Pillars and is like nothing you’ve tasted before. The home of Four Pillars is in the Yarra Valley, where their neighbours make some of the finest wines in the world. So, they decided to combine Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create their Bloody Shiraz Gin. (37.8% ABV) |
Four Pillars: Bartender Series: Spiced NegroniFour Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, they took their base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then they added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise; with clove and Sichuan characters. But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot. Local, organic blood oranges are used in the botanical basket, as well as some ginger. These wonderfully fragrant fresh botanicals help lift the spice to another level. (43.8% ABV) |
