About Glenfarclas
Glenfarclas, in Ballindalloch, Speyside, has been owned and run by the Grant family since 1865. The 15 Year Old is a family favourite: aged in sherry casks and bottled at a higher 46% for extra richness.

Nose

Sherry, fruitcake, marzipan and malt.

Palate

Rich and oily, with layers of fruity sherry, honey, raisins, cinnamon and ginger.

Finish

Long and warming, with a gentle spice.

How to enjoy
Pour a measure into the nosing glass, take your time over the aroma, then add a drop of water. Pairs well with fruitcake, dark chocolate or roasted nuts.
