About Glenfarclas
Glenfarclas, in Ballindalloch, Speyside, has been owned and run by the Grant family since 1865. Its six direct-fired stills are the largest on Speyside, and it's best known for rich, sherry-matured whisky.

Maturation
A no-age-statement release with a light touch of the distillery's sherried style.

Nose

Mint leaf, oak, vanilla, sweet malt and cinnamon.

Palate

Baked apples, buttered bread, honeydew melon, white pepper and butterscotch.

Finish

Medium length, with those sweet, fruity notes lingering.

How to enjoy
Nice neat, over ice or in a highball with soda and a twist of orange. It goes well with apple desserts or a light cheese plate.
