About Kizakura
Kizakura was founded in 1925 in Fushimi, Kyoto, one of Japan's most famous sake-brewing districts, known for its soft spring water. The brewery is also known for its playful kappa (water-spirit) mascot.

Taste

Medium-dry, rich and mellow.

How to enjoy

Serve chilled or gently warmed to around 35°C. It pairs well with seafood, grilled fish and oysters.
