This limited release was distilled at the Glen Keith, before spending 9 years maturing in PX (pedro ximinez) Sherry Hogshead, creating a wonderfully rich whisky. As with all releases in the Carn Mor range, these are bottled with no added colouring, and non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Sherry aromas complement milk chocolate and a hint of vanilla.

PALATE: Smooth flavours of stewed apples are accompanied by nougat and almonds.

FINISH: The finish is sweet with lingering spice.
