Pale pink with peachy hues. The nose is intensely fruity and dominated by aromas of small red berries (redcurrants, raspberries). Fragrant on the palate, with hints of flowers, beautifully full on the attack with a remarkably fresh finish.

You have to navigate a good many bends through rocky terrain and under a burning sun to suddenly discover the Vallée du Paradis wine estate. Unexpectedly, the hills open up to give the visitor a delightful view of a cirque slumbering to the song of the cicadas. Domaine Haut Gléon is the promise of a cool breeze after an exhausting trip. 

Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache

Vinification : pneumatic pressing in an open-cage press. Cold raking of must. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Maturation : 4 months in stainless-steel vats.
Food and wine pairing : to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with tapas, gazpacho, salads, grilled meat and fresh cheese.

Serving temperature : 10°C.
