A gin built for the perfect Negroni. Four Pillars teamed up with a top Australian bartender to make a gin bold and spicy enough to hold its own against Campari and sweet vermouth, and it's great in plenty of other drinks too.

About Four Pillars
Four Pillars was founded in 2013 in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, and it has quickly become one of Australia's most awarded craft gin distilleries. It's known for creative gins made with Australian and Asian botanicals.

Botanicals
A spice-forward mix of grains of paradise, cubeb pepper, Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, cinnamon and fresh ginger, alongside classic juniper and coriander. It's distilled to give a fuller, weightier gin.

Taste

Highly aromatic, rich and spicy, with warm pepper and ginger over a solid juniper backbone.

How to enjoy

Mix equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth over ice with an orange slice. It also makes a punchy G&T with orange, and it works well in sours and other spirit-forward cocktails.
