From this simplistic yet structured ritual came the idea of the first London Dry Gin made in Milan.

The soul of GIASS is expressed in the union of 18 botanicals.

Botanicals: Juniper berries, Coriander seeds, Angelica root, Golden apple, Orange zest, Rose petals, Chamomile flowers, Violet flowers, Orange flowers, Karkade, Sedge, Almond, Mint leaves, Fennel seeds, Citrus verbena,  Cardamom seeds,  Lemon balms leaves, Cassia,Thyme
