About The Japanese Bitters
The Japanese Bitters is the first aromatic bitters range made in Japan with Japanese ingredients. Each flavour is sourced directly from growers around the country. For Hinoki, the cypress comes from the Tama forest area of Tokyo and is extracted at low temperature to keep its delicate aroma.

How to use

Add 2–3 dashes to a Japanese whisky highball, a Martini or an Old Fashioned. It works especially well with gin, whisky and sake cocktails. It's also a great way to lift soda water for a no-alcohol option.
