About The Japanese Bitters
The Japanese Bitters is the first aromatic bitters range made in Japan with Japanese ingredients. The yuzu comes straight from farmers in Tokushima Prefecture, one of Japan's top yuzu-growing areas.

Fresh, zesty and fragrant, like a cross between grapefruit and mandarin.

How to use

Add 2–3 dashes to a highball, Whisky Sour, Margarita, Gin & Tonic or Negroni. It's also lovely in sparkling water or iced tea.
