Dream To Dram has been bottled in whisky matured from two types of cask and then married together in 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon Barrel (90%) and 1st Fill Shaved, Toasted & Re-charred (STR) Barriques (10%). This cask profile has been designed to suit the fruity, complex and light spirit which has been meticulously produced.

The nose opens with banana foam sweets, tinned pineapple syrup and summer berries. There is a slight herbal edge to it.

The taste is of soft toffee, custard pastry and red currents.

The finish is of ginger syrup.
