It showcases Scottish barley dried over a peat fire, imparting a distinctive smoky character. The malt is mashed with pure water from Mary's Well and fermented for nearly four days in Oregon Pine washbacks. It undergoes double distillation in Ledaig (Tobermory’s) traditional copper-pot stills, then matures for 18 years. Finally, it is finished in Spanish sherry oak casks, delivering a rich, complex whisky that embodies craftsmanship and depth.
