Tobermory is a unique and special distillery located on the Isle of Mull. Unique in that it's the only distillery on the island and continues to this day the practice of doing everything by hand, after over 210 years of doing so. Their 15 Year Old Single Malt is matured in Gonzalez Byass Oloroso sherry casks. The casks mature on the mainland before travelling back to the Isle of Mull for the final year before bottling – resulting in fine notes and delicate bouquets.
