White Heather 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky revived by master blender Billy Walker. It features a dual maturation system, combining selected single malts from Speyside, Islay, and the Highlands with grain whisky. This expression is non-chill filtered, natural in colour, bottled at 46% ABV, and offers a balanced flavour profile of honeyed sweetness, fruit, and subtle peat smoke, with notes of treacle, orange, almonds, and ginger.
