The signature product—Wuliangye—has a long history and profound culture. Wuliangye represents China’s strong aromatic Baijiu and has been accredited as National Famous Liquor. Wuliangye is enlisted into the first batch of products protected under the landmark China-EU Agreement on Geographical Indications Agreement.
Made from five grains – Sorghum, Rice, Glutinous Rice, Wheat, and Corn – using ancient techniques and over 100 steps of production process. The base spirit is produced in fermentation pits that are in used for more than 650 years. It is then further aged in pottery jars and blended to achieve its unique style characterised by “long-lasting aroma, mellow taste, well-balanced sweetness in the mouth, refreshing in the throat, harmonious and just-right flavours.”
Expect aromas of tropical fruits and barnyard funk on the nose. Notes of pineapple, banana, anise, white pepper, etc. can be found on the palate.

闻香可闻到热带水果的香气和一丝农舍味。口感中可发现菠萝、香蕉、茴香、白胡椒等风味。
